Build the right technology foundation.

Senior Year is a startup focused on helping seniors and adult children provide care services for seniors who are not yet in need of full assisted care. Senior Year provides automated daily check-ins, bi-weekly phone calls from students, and in-home visits for small tasks.

I assessed the technology stack for the signup and user admin components, and launched an initial implementation of Daily Text check-ins. This service captures and organizes a digital record of responses received to provide an indication of early signs of dementia as the service expands.

In addition to being a franchise owner for Heyday Kirkland, I also provide technical consulting services to the corporate company. Heyday is on a mission to cut through the noise in the skincare industry to teach customers about their unique skin, so they can put their best face forward.

I have helped create dashboards and reporting, taking data from just presenting KPIs to providing a drill-down to help departments deep-dive and move the needle on key metrics. My knowledge as a studio operator guided company decisions on KPI definitions, while my focus on actionable insights based on data has helped the company and overall franchise system.
